Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were exceptionally large, and having an outdoor patio/balcony was a nice touch. However, the bathroom was very tiny, and there was some noise coming from it, which was a bit strange. The service was top-notch, with staff being extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The location was great, just a short walk away from the train station and close to all the shops and restaurants. The dining experience could use some improvement in terms of more options, but the To-Go Breakfast was good. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few minor hiccups.
The hotel was nice and clean, with spacious rooms, although mine didn't have a balcony, which I wish I had known beforehand. The atmosphere around the small hot tub, pool, sauna, and steam room was really cozy, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and perfect for taking photos, plus ideal for letting the baby sleep. The bathroom was really spacious with a shallow bath and 2 separate bed areas. The service was mostly friendly and accommodating, though there was a slight hiccup with follow-up. The location was superb, central to bars and restaurants, and the ski shuttle pick-up point was conveniently close. The dining experience was excellent, offering a nice selection of foods with fresh fruit and more substantial options than other hotels. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The service was a mix of rudeness and exceptional hospitality. The location was beautiful and convenient for exploring the town, with lovely outdoor relaxation spots. The dining experience offered delicious options with a slight limitation, all while enjoying scenic mountain views. The facilities were decent with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and beautiful, with lovely full-length drapes and a balcony, but they were quite cramped and the temperature control was a challenge. The service was good overall, although a bit disorganized at times. The location was ideal for being close to town but suffered from street noise. The dining experience was lackluster, with limited options. The facilities were standard and nothing extraordinary.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with friendly and helpful staff. However, some cleanliness issues were noted, like leftover snacks from previous guests. The location is convenient, although lack of parking can be an inconvenience.
The hotel was a mixed experience for me. The rooms were cozy and clean, offering good value for money, but they felt smaller than expected, and parking could be inconvenient due to restrictions. The service was a bit hit or miss, with overworked front-desk staff but friendly service at the breakfast hall. The location is convenient for exploring the national park but fell short of some price expectations. The dining was average, and there were mixed feelings about the breakfast buffet. Overall, the facilities were acceptable.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast. However, the location was a bit far from downtown Banff. The hot pools directly opposite the elevator were a great plus.
The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, located at the end of a wing with a large open roof area. I found the service to be exceptional with staff going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was convenient for exploring the town, although the lack of a balcony in my room was a downside. The dining experience was good, offering a variety of options.
The hotel rooms were clean and nice, very close to downtown, but unfortunately, they were too hot without air conditioning. It was a pleasant stay overall.
